Eclectic commercial building, built by the Engineer Benigno de Trueba, one of the main landmarks of the street El Conde with the change to the urban profile, still in modest constructions in 1924, number which can be seen in its high corner façade MCMXXIV. Apparently with only three levels, another level is hidden behind the cornice that crowns the monument, declared as value of the Twentieth Century Architectural Heritage.
Corner building located in the intersection of the popular street El Conde, commercial lung of the city of Santo Domingo, with street now exclusively of luxury residential condominiums in our Colonial City. Its construction was announced as the first great leap to commercial-urban modernity. That was the first that that street showcases were used in the country, the higher levels were for offices.

Second, third and fourth level are divided in spaces appropriate for offices, classrooms, saloons or bedrooms for a hotel-boutique, which could very perfectly be the use for this building.
Each level bordering 720 meters with a sort of Spanish courtyard of 30 mts approximate airing throughout the building.
